The Union Development Center represents a milestone in FIEPA's strategy to strengthen institutional relationships and promote the sustainable development of affiliated unions and their industrial bases. This dedicated structure allows for the centralization, organization, and optimization of union activities, ensuring greater agility, efficiency, and strategic alignment with the Federation's institutional objectives.
With a focus on innovation and process modernization, the center is essential for expanding union representation, consolidating strategic partnerships, and strengthening associations, acting as a link between unions and FIEPA. Furthermore, its direct involvement in governance, compliance, fundraising, and institutional relations initiatives provides a solid foundation for developing projects that meet the current and future demands of member organizations.

Networks Project – FIEPA System Initiative
For 24 years, it has been connecting local suppliers with major industries in Pará, encouraging local business and purchasing. In 2024, it was recognized nationally with 1st place in the CNI's Industry Union Excellence Award.

Regional Business Forums
Held in cities such as Canaã dos Carajás, Itaituba and Altamira, they promote debates on sustainable development and industrial competitiveness, strengthening the relationship between unions and industries.

Procompi
Program to identify specific challenges facing industrial SMEs, based on union demands, and ensure sector improvement.

Industry Showcase in the Amazon
A space opened in September 2024 at FIEPA headquarters, dedicated to showcasing the best of regional industrial production. The initiative highlights innovation, sustainability, and development in the sector, preparing local businesses for global events such as COP 30.

Pará Industry Observatory
Created in 2024, it provides strategic information to support decision-making in the production sector, helping unions and companies identify investment opportunities.
