Brazilian industry believes in and is committed to transforming the sector toward a fair energy transition and sustainable growth. Therefore, the Federation of Industries of the State of Pará (FIEPA) and the National Confederation of Industry (CNI) have joined forces to lead and mobilize partners in a process of building a new economic, social, and environmental agenda for the sector in the Amazon.

Through the COP+ Journey, we are organizing several strategic, carbon-neutral meetings and events to connect companies across the country. The goal is that by COP 30, the United Nations (UN) Conference of the Parties, which will be held in Belém from November 10 to 21, 2025, we will have held high-level discussions and shared successful projects on topics such as the bioeconomy, energy transition and decarbonization, digital transformation, tax reform, and infrastructure, among other essential aspects of this new socioeconomic and environmental agenda.

Our Journey begins in Industry, but it doesn't end there—or even at COP 30. On the contrary, at the "Forest COP," we want to present long-term solutions to the challenges of sustainable development in the Amazon, encouraging and mobilizing all social sectors to engage in building the Amazon of the future.

A future whose ending we don't know, but we now have the necessary conditions and tools to shape its beginning.
